I am honored to be presenting the closing keynote at the Georgia State Math Conference on Friday, Oct. 20. The keynote focuses on the power of our questions to challenge student thinking, spark insights, and help our students construct a vision of mathematics as more than procedures and right answers. In addition, I will be sharing ideas for developing math vocabulary in a featured session entitled Speaking the Language of Mathematics. The handouts are posted here.
